what you’ll need
1/2 c unbleached flour
2 tsp raw sugar
2 tsp brown sugar
3 tsp ghee
1 lg egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tbsp baking powder
1/4 c choco chips
a pinch mineral salt
how you’ll prepare it
cream melted ghee and sugars.
whisk in egg.
fold in flour and baking powder.
mix in choco chips and vanilla.
air fry @ 340 (f) for 10 minutes or until crispy brown on top.
ways you can consume it
topped with vanilla ice cream.
topped with chocolate sauce.

pumpkin coffee sweetener
makes an unspecified amount of pumpkin sweetener (depends on usage)
what you’ll need
32 oz glass jar
1/2 c oatmilk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
a pinch clove
a pinch nutmeg
2 tbsp ghee
1/4 tsp ginger
1 c pumpkin puree
a pinch mineral salt
how you’ll prepare it
throw ingredients in a sauce pan on medium/low— wets first, dry ingredients last.
whisk with whisk.

32 oz glass jar
1 lime
a healthy pinch of salt
1/2 tbsp cilantro

mix it all up and refrigerate.

makes a week’s worth of breakfasts
what you’ll need
1 c dates, chopped
1 1/2 c basmati rice
1/2 c almonds
1 tbsp poppy seeds
cinnamon, all spice, nutmeg, any warm and sweet herb
1 tbsp ghee
how you’ll prepare it
melt ghee on stove top (in pan, preferred)— add rice and mix til fully coated and aromatic.
add water and bring to a boil.
add chopped dates, almonds, and poppy seeds— bring to a simmer.
leave covered and toss seasonings in when water begins to reduce.
ways you can consume it
add a drizzle of maple syrup or honey w/ some craisins.
plate w/ cottage cheese and a drizzle of honey for a robust brekkie.
have for dessert with a scoop of ice cream.

makes 5 pancakes
what you’ll need
1 egg
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 cup oat milk
cinnamon, all spice, nutmeg, any warm and sweet herb
3 tbsp sugar
how you’ll prepare it
put all the drys together- whisk with a fork.
add wets and completely wet the drys.
bonus add blueberries, choco chips, oatmeal for bulk.
throw on stove top pan or in waffle maker.

top with fresh fruits or chocolates.
