About Me.

Almost a decade ago, I stumbled into the world of wellness. Up until that point, I had been living in the passenger seat. My health would dip and swerve but, at that time, I did not have the tools to take the wheel. Since then, the courage to not only steer, but to move confidently toward a destination has been life changing. Through an unceasing commitment to self-study and personal applications, my life is better for it.

Drawing on over a decade of experience in nutrition, human movement, sleep science, and behavior change, I’ve built a practice focused on empowering others to take ownership of their health. I believe in teaching people to “fish”—equipping them with the knowledge and skills they need to thrive for life.

Through 1:1 coaching and corporate wellness initiatives, my mission is to guide individuals and organizations toward sustainable, long-term well-being. My approach is rooted in the belief that wellness is not a luxury but a fundamental right. Everyone deserves the tools and support to achieve their full potential, regardless of their starting point or circumstances.

This work is more than a career; it’s a calling. Whether I’m consulting on workplace wellness strategies or working one-on-one to create personalized plans, my goal is the same: to make wellness accessible and impactful, especially for those who lack the resources to pursue it on their own. Together, we can create meaningful change—one choice, one habit, and one life at a time.
