Homemade Noodles
portions depend on noodle type :)
what you’ll need
1 part 00 flour
2 part large egg
how you’ll prepare it
1:2 flour:egg ratio for batch size.
combine flour and egg.
kneed for 20 minutes or until dough is smooth and bounces back.
let sit for an hour to rise.
press and cut- takes up to 8 minutes to cook depending on thickness.
ways you can consume it
with pasta, with soup, as a ravioli, etc.
